Driver Hire Nationwide is seeking aSenior Business Development Manager to cover the East Midlands and East of England, driving growth across 17 franchised offices. You will lead regional sales, mentor franchisees, and oversee a dynamic pipeline of new business opportunities.

The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic training, travel across the region, and collaboration with senior management to maximise revenue and franchise performance.

Qualifications

• Management-level recruitment agency experience in logistics or blue-collar sectors.
• Proven track record in B2B sales across a multi-site/regional network.
• Strong relationship-building and ability to train/franchisees.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to win new business and increase regional revenue.
• Support and guide franchisees through a structured training programme.
• Lead Driver Hire’s Sales Academy and mentor recruitment consultants.
• Provide ongoing business support to ensure offices excel in candidate attraction, retention, compliance, and resource management.
• Travel throughout the region and interact with senior management.
• Leverage Driver Hire Training to generate leads.
