You will focus on originating new business, expanding broker relationships, and identifying growth opportunities across residential, semi-commercial and commercial property finance.

We’re engaged with an established and ambitious specialist property finance lender looking to appoint an experienced Senior BDM.

Offering bridging and development finance up to £5m, this is a great opportunity for an established originator to join a lender with a strong reputation, flexible approach to underwriting and significant growth plans.
