Fintelligent in London is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the broker-led bridging finance initiative across London and surrounding areas. You will own your broker panel, manage relationships, and influence product and pricing discussions as part of a growing specialist lender’s origination strategy.

• Work alongside underwriting to progress transactions from first conversation to completion.
• Represent the business at broker meetings, conferences and industry events.
• Share market feedback with the leadership team and support the development of future BDM hires.
