Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a BD/Marketing professional to work with partners and practice groups on planning, budgeting and delivering business development initiatives. You will lead BD plans, hold regular meetings, identify market opportunities and run events across the firm.

The role requires 3–5 years in marketing or BD within professional services (ideally law), strong writing skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders in a hybrid working environment across offices.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years marketing or BD experience at executive level in professional services, ideally a law firm.
• Experience leading plans and budgets, running events and projects, and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong writing and a flexible, proactive approach are needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver BD plans and budgets.
• Hold regular BD meetings with departments.
• Spot market opportunities and run events.
• Support directory and award submissions.
