Qualifications

• Experience crafting high-quality cocktails and beverages.
• Ability to motivate and lead a bar team in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience developing or improving drinks/menu items is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with bar leadership to maintain service standards.
• Efficient stock checks and orders via online platforms; STO experience preferred.
• Passion for mentoring new staff and delivering on-job training.
• Knowledge of cocktail ingredients, spirits, beer and wine is essential.

Job Description

We’re looking for a Head Bartender/Senior Bartender to join our team to deliver a dining experience that has been enjoyed for over 50 years!

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering excellent service with a passion for hospitality. You will be able to deliver on the following;

• Crafting high-quality drinks with attention to detail
• Able to positively motivate a bar team to keep up with a high-volume restaurant and achieve high performance
• Experience in drinks menu development would be a plus
• Work collaboratively within the bar leadership team to maintain standards of service
• Place orders and complete stock checks using an online platform to ensure smooth bar operation. Experience using STO would be a plus
• Have a passion for sharing knowledge and ensuring that new starters receive effective on-job training
• Develop detailed knowledge of the cocktail menu and other drinks offered by the restaurant such as spirits, beer and wine
• Maintain high standards of house-made ingredients used in our signature serves
• Being a team player committed to delivering high-quality service and hospitality

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: Hourly rates start at £20 (including troncs), rising to £21 once qualified
• Working Week: 5 days per week on a rota basis throughout Monday to Sunday; night shifts may run as late as 11:30 PM
• Contracted Hours: Full time for 40~48 hours per week
