The Evolv Collection is seeking a Senior Bartender for Quaglino's in London. You will be the friendly face behind the bar, delighting guests with warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality.

With knowledge of classic cocktails and wines, you will craft drinks, offer recommendations, and enhance the guest experience while mentoring junior staff. In this guest-facing role, you'll be the friendly face behind the bar, delighting guests with your warmth, charm, and genuine hospitality. Building rapport and fostering relationships will be at the heart of what you do, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. With your knowledge of classic cocktails and wines, you'll craft delicious drinks and provide recommendations, enhancing the overall guest experience. As a Senior Bartender, you will support the training and mentorship or more junior team members, sharing your skills and knowledge where possible.
