Quaglino's in London’s St James’s is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to lead a high-service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience.

You will prioritise guest satisfaction, nurture staff development, and collaborate with the General Manager on growth strategies, with a clear pathway to eventually assume the General Manager role.
