JA Mar Hall is seeking a Bar Supervisor to oversee the Gallery Bar and Lounge operations at our five‑star luxury resort. You will lead the bar team, ensure high standards in beverage preparation and guest service, and contribute to the resort’s premium beverage offering.

You will be responsible for maintaining service quality, stock control, and collaboration with F&B managers to deliver exceptional experiences across the resort, including events and other outlets.

Qualifications

• High level beverage knowledge and ability to craft cocktails to spec.
• Proven guest service skills in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and training abilities for bar teams.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day bar and lounge operations across allocated shifts.
• Lead by example in beverage preparation and guest service.
• Ensure bars are stocked, clean and organised for each service.
• Assign duties and stations based on operational needs.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and smooth shift handovers.
• Support stock control, wastage management and bar equipment care.
• Assist with beverage service for Meetings, Events and banqueting.
• Uphold Forbes-aligned luxury service standards and continuous coaching.
