Montcalm Mayfair is seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at Montcalm Collection’s London property.

You will oversee service standards, inventory, staff scheduling, and seasonal beverage menus, while upholding Marriott operational guidelines and driving revenue through quality hospitality.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a charismatic presence, and a passion for mentoring colleagues in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills to manage a bar team and uphold guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a luxury setting.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost-control experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5★ property.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott standards, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain and control inventory, including ordering, stocktaking and minimising wastage.
• Develop and implement beverage menus, promotions and services to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
• Monitor and analyse bar performance, including financial results and guest feedback.
• Train, mentor and schedule bar staff to provide high-quality service.
• Oversee cleanliness and organisation of the bar area to meet operational standards.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and motivating work environment.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS procedures; coordinate with F&B team during peak times.
