Montcalm Mayfair is seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to oversee bar operations, ensure high service standards, manage inventory, and lead staff. Your leadership, hospitality passion, and ability to create a positive guest experience will drive sales and guest satisfaction.

You will manage bar team performance, maintain safety and quality standards, and develop engaging beverage programs while supporting overall hotel operations.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the bar team to deliver exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott standards, health and safety regulations.
• Maintain and control inventory, including ordering, stocktaking, and minimizing wastage.
• Develop and implement new beverage menus, promotions, and services to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
• Monitor and analyse bar performance, including financial results, guest feedback, and employee productivity.
• Train, mentor, and schedule bar staff to provide high-quality service.
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring it meets Marriott's operational standards.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and motivating work environment to enhance staff morale and reduce turnover.
• Ensure all cash handling and point-of-sale procedures are followed accurately.
• Coordinate with the food and beverage team to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
