We are seeking a passionateSenior Bar Personto join and support our Food & Beverage team. This is a key role focused on delivering exceptional service, leading by example, and maintaining the highest standards across all aspects of the bar operation. This position will report directly to the Bar Manager.

Location:The Milestone Hotel, Kensington

Employment Type:Full-time

Working Pattern: Shift work (5 days on, 2 days off)

Salary: £29,000 per annum + service charge

The Milestone Hotel and Residences part of the Red Carnation Hotels , is a beautiful five star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. This property has 43 individually designed bedrooms, 13 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, a modern Stables Bar and a 2 Rosettes restaurant, named Cheneston's.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, professional, and engaging service in line with company standards.
• Oversee the setup and upkeep of the bar area and ensure all tables are maintained to the required standards.
• Confidently manage all aspects of bar service, including:
• Preparing and serving drinks and cocktails
• Overseeing food and drink service
• Supporting junior team members with training and guidance
• Demonstrate strong menu knowledge and confidently make recommendations to guests.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming bar environment.
• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and service excellence.

• A professional with proven experience in high-standard bar operations, ideally in a supervisory or senior role.
