We are currently recruiting for a Senior Bartender for our Monmouth Kitchen restaurant, located within our 4 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel.

Overview:

1. An amazing opportunity to join Monmouth Kitchen Restaurant as a Senior Bartender. This vibrant restaurant is located within our 4 Star Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel.
2. You will be working in a fast-paced operation where service and standards are the forefront of our kitchen brands and our Edwardian Hotels standards.
3. Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros. Is able to achieve a 100% pass mark in Micros competency tests.

About You:

1. Previous bar tender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation is essential.
2. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
3. Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
4. Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest liquor and food trends.
