Qualifications

• 7+ years in project/program management within banking/financial services.
• Strong banking domain knowledge and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading technology or software delivery projects.
• Excellent proficiency in Jira, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC lifecycle.
• High analytical capability with large datasets.
• Good AI literacy and using AI tools for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for strategic initiatives.
• Oversee software delivery projects ensuring alignment with priorities and compliance.
• Coordinate release planning with product, development, QA, and operations teams.
• Develop governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Assess impact of new initiatives and identify dependencies and regulatory implications.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement after releases.
