Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering IT projects in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience managing banking software projects.
• Experience in banking/financial services sector.
• Exposure to loan management, CRM, or digital banking.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project or Azure DevOps.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
• Ability to work with international teams and flexible working hours.

• Prepare regular updates and status reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within project teams.
