Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant (Project Manager) in the UK to drive client engagements in commercial financial services, oversee multiple workstreams, and ensure successful delivery of risk and controls projects.

You will lead, coach and mentor junior consultants, deliver clear client communications, and produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in banking or commercial financial services consulting.
• Ability to travel up to 75% for client engagements.
• Experience leading risk and controls assessments and delivering compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery with client management and solution implementation.
• Own multiple workstreams and communicate with client sponsors and leadership.
• Develop and present organized reports and presentations for clients and internal executives.
