Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. in the UK seeks a Senior Consultant to manage client engagements, design project plans, run workshops and deliver actionable insights using Power BI or Tableau. You will mentor consultants and prepare clear reports for executives.

Responsibilities include leading project workstreams, enabling risk assessment, and building strong client relationships while driving RFP responses and regulatory alignment across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in banking or commercial financial services consulting.
• Experience with compliance and risk assessment for large banks.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Design project plans, own status reporting, and track deliverables.
• Lead workshops with business units to map processes (Visio).
• Identify operational risks and turn analysis into actionable insights (PowerPoint/PowerBI/Tableau).
• Support management consultants with risk assessment, monitoring and remediations.
• Build relationships and lead responses for RFPs.
