Job summary

Guidehouse is expanding its Commercial Financial Services capabilities in the UK at Managing Consultant (Project Manager) level. You will drive multi-stream project delivery, manage client relationships and lead teams to deliver high-quality risk and controls frameworks within banking or financial services.

Significant travel up to 75% is required. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in banking/financial services consulting, with CPA/Lean Six Sigma/PMP or MBA as bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in banking or commercial financial services consulting.
• Travel up to 75% for client engagements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Proven ability to lead client service delivery teams and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery and client management across multiple workstreams.
• Lead, coach and mentor junior consultants while delivering hands-on execution.
• Identify and manage operational risk and controls within client processes.
• Develop reports and presentations for clients and internal executives.
• Coordinate with sponsors and consulting leadership to ensure engagement success.
