International Law Firm in Manchester is seeking a Banking Associate to join its expanding team. The role focuses on lender and borrower-side lending, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, and refinancings across mid-market to large facilities.

You will work directly with senior lawyers, drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, managing conditions precedent and completions, and engaging with clients early in the process.

Qualifications

• 2–4 PQE/experience in banking finance preferred.
