Job summary

Hilton UK Banking Senior Analyst will oversee daily Treasury Accounting processes for the UK Centre of Excellence, ensuring timely and accurate reporting for around 40 Hilton hotels. Under the Manager, UK Banking, you will drive efficiency, support change programmes, and monitor service levels while maintaining strong controls and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Relevant level of work experience in accounting or Treasury/Banking role.
• Some supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Banking related tasks ensuring timely delivery of goals and KPIs.
• Support daily reconciliation and balance sheet activities within UK Banking scope.
• Assist in reviewing SLAs and monitoring performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Hotels and corporate functions on UK Banking processes.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and auditor responses.
