Job summary

Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. in our UK Centre of Excellence seeks a Manager to lead Revenue Accounting processes, delivering accurate, timely reporting for the hotel portfolio.

You will guide the RA team, implement the Revenue Accounting strategy, and ensure a seamless, customer-focused service. You will collaborate with senior management, drive continuous improvement, manage change programmes, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while upholding robust internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in accounting and reporting roles.
• Experience with SOX controls and ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Revenue Accounting processes and monthly close.
• Drive process improvements and control enhancements across RA.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and audit requests.
• Support change programmes and ensure SLA compliance.
