Job summary

Harvey Nash is recruiting on behalf of a global bank in the United Kingdom for a Treasury Management Analyst. The role combines business management, operational support, data analysis and project coordination within a fast-paced Treasury environment.

You will collaborate with Treasury traders and internal stakeholders to ensure governance, robust management reporting and efficient Treasury operations across activities.

Qualifications

• Experience within Treasury, trading operations, middle office, or a related banking environment.
• Strong understanding of Treasury trading workflows, operational controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of Treasury and financial markets products, including Bonds and Fixed Income; Money Markets.
• Degree educated in a relevant discipline; Postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications would be advantageous.
• Mandarin language skills would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury business management processes in line with internal policies.
• Produce MI, management information and analytical insights.
• Provide operational support to Treasury trading activities and governance requirements.
• Coordinate system access, legal documentation execution and agreement management.
• Support Treasury project initiatives, system enhancements and process improvements.
