Job summary

Hilton Worldwide Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst for Revenue Accounting in the UK Centre of Excellence to coordinate daily revenue processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting for Hilton's portfolio of hotels.

Under guidance, you will manage high volumes of data, post adjustments, and support continuous improvements while engaging with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless accounting service.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• Track record in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• BA/BS preferred; professional accounting qualifications encouraged (ACCA/CIMA).
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily revenue review and posting adjustments.
• Perform journal entries to PeopleSoft and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare timely reports for hotels and stakeholders.
• Maintain standard operating procedures for end-to-end processes.
• Identify process improvements and support standardization efforts.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to resolve posting/process issues.
