Qualifications

• Backend-heavy, with strong backend engineering focus.
• Ability to contribute across the full stack (backend 85%, frontend 15%).
• Experience designing scalable web systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve backend systems using Python/Django.
• Develop frontend experiences in React/TypeScript.
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery to deployment.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Partner with product/data/UX for data-driven decisions.
• Shape architectural direction for scalable systems.
• Make trade-offs aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to on-call rotations.
