Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner in the United Kingdom, is seeking a Senior Software Developer (Node.js/Python) to own backend and AI systems in a fast-growing electric mobility tech company.

You will design, develop, and operate scalable web services using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python, collaborating with AI engineers and cross-functional teams, while mentoring peers and shaping engineering standards in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience designing, building, and operating production-grade web services.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and related challenges.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript; hands-on experience with Express or NestJS.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade RESTful APIs.
• Experience deploying services on AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes; modern CI/CD practices.
• Solid SQL skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL); NoSQL like MongoDB is a plus.
• Professional English communication; mentoring and collaboration skills.
