Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong TypeScript and Node.js backend experience.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable systems.
• Proficient designing APIs and managing PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Knowledge of distributed systems, caching, and load balancing.
• Excellent English communication.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to architectural decisions and cross-team product improvements.
• Develop and optimize a real-time backend service for multi-user graph data and retraining AI models.
• Build APIs in Node.js to interact with ML components.
• Diagnose fault tolerance, availability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Refactor components and produce implementation documentation.
• Provide feedback via pair programming and code reviews.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding, and take end-to-end project management as we grow.
