Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases with performance focus.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Mentor and lead engineers while delivering high-impact software.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable backend systems using Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Lead technical design and architectural discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and evolve RESTful APIs with security and performance in mind.
• Champion code quality through tests, reviews and documentation.
• Drive delivery across initiatives while balancing speed and business value.
• Mentor engineers and raise team capability.
