DeepL is seeking a Backend Engineer to join the Identity and Access Management team in a hybrid setup. You will own the identity stack, including organization, account and session management, SSO federation, and OIDC provisioning for internal and external users.

Qualifications

• Backend mastery in scalable systems and distributed architectures.
• Experience with authentication/authorization systems (SSO/OIDC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own Identity Experience end-to-end from design to production reliability.
• Build for reliability in enterprise-grade authentication and authorization.
• Collaborate with product and support teams to design and solve challenges.
• Drive pragmatic tech decisions using Core stack and new tools; leverage AI tooling for efficiency.
