Origin8tive Ltd is seeking an experienced Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend software using Java and C++ within Linux environments. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

As a senior engineer you will provide technical leadership, mentor juniors, and drive continuous improvement in development practices, emphasizing code quality, automation, testing, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial experience in Java and/or C++ on Linux.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and OO principles.
• Experience building enterprise backend APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with debugging tools and performance profiling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend software in Java/C++ for Linux-based environments.
