EQ Retirement Solutions, a division of Equiniti, is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to bridge client needs with our product-led pension implementations. You will analyse regulatory changes, partner with operations, compliance and technical teams, and support end-to-end implementations to ensure compliant, effective client solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum experience as a business analyst or senior business analyst in life and pensions or similar.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in life and pensions.
Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder interaction.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to capture and analyze regulatory requirements for life and pensions.
Work with operations, compliance and tech teams to ensure regulatory alignment in implementations.
Develop process maps, gaps, and improvements aligned with product strategy and business values.
