Thames Water in Reading is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive digital transformation by leading analysis on high-profile initiatives that benefit customers and communities. You will influence senior stakeholders, mentor other analysts, and shape the future of Business Analysis within the organisation.

Base location – Hybrid – Reading with strong collaboration across teams. You will work with stakeholders, project teams, and delivery partners to ensure quality requirements and successful

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a digital project environment.
• Strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall delivery with tools like ADO.
• Excellent communication across all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to handle complex projects with multiple partners and stakeholders.
• BCS Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsabilités

• Engage with stakeholders to build trusted relationships and tailor communication.
• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to align needs and outcomes.
• Lead BA activities on projects with multiple analysts when required.
• Apply BA techniques to document requirements and non-functional needs.
