Qualifications

• Management-level recruitment agency experience in logistics or blue-collar sectors.
• Proven track record in B2B sales with multi-site/regional scope.
• Strong relationship-building skills to quickly establish rapport with franchisees.
• Understanding of P&Ls and commercial awareness.
• Tenacious, proactive, and personable approach in sales.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to win new business and increase revenue across the region.
• Support and guide franchisees, including training those new to the network.
• Lead Driver Hire's Sales Academy to mentor recruitment consultants into high-performing sales professionals.
• Provide ongoing business support to ensure offices excel in candidate attraction, retention, compliance, and resource management.
• Travel throughout the region in collaboration with senior management.
• Leverage Driver Hire Training as a source of leads to maintain a steady flow of introductions.
