Job summary

Driver Hire is seeking a senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the East Midlands and East of England, spanning York to Norwich. In this field-based role you will build a strong regional sales pipeline and mentor franchisees.

You'll lead the Sales Academy, develop strategies to win new business, support offices on candidate attraction and compliance, and travel across the region to maximise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Management-level recruitment agency experience essential.
• Strong track record in B2B sales across a multi-site/regional remit.
• Excellent relationship-building with franchisees and senior stakeholders.
• Full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to win new business across the region.
• Support and mentor franchisees through structured training programmes.
• Lead the Sales Academy, creating high-performing recruitment consultants.
• Provide ongoing business support for candidate attraction, retention and compliance.
• Travel throughout the East Midlands & East of England as required.
