Job summary

Appinio is seeking a Senior Research Consultant (m/f/d) to join our newly dedicated B2B research team in the DACH region. You will lead quantitative B2B projects end-to-end, including feasibility, study design, fieldwork monitoring, and data delivery, acting as a sparring partner for strategic clients.

You will translate complex B2B & B2C data into clear, decision-ready recommendations and present executive-level insights under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in quantitative market research with a focus on surveying B2B target groups and professional decision-makers.
• Experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and executing quantitative projects across core B2B use cases.
• Ability to create executive-ready reports and present data clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strategic, commercially minded with the ability to defend research decisions under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication in German (C2) and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex quantitative B2B research projects end-to-end from feasibility to reporting.
• Advise on sample feasibility, survey logic, and study design for fast-paced consultancy clients.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on project scoping and methodology.
• Help standardize B2B screening protocols and sampling frameworks to safeguard speed and quality.
