Job summary

Appinio in London is seeking a Team Lead Research DACH (B2B Focus) to build and guide our newly formed DACH B2B research unit. You will mentor researchers, establish best practices, and work closely with the international Research Leadership Team to scale fast-moving consultancy projects.

You will advise on survey design, sampling, and results interpretation for both B2B and select B2C projects, driving client impact with agile methodologies and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in quantitative market research focusing on B2B target groups.
• Experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and executing quantitative projects in B2B contexts.
• Strong leadership with track record of leading high-performing teams in scaling environments.
• Ability to advise consultancy and corporate clients through the research process.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of researchers in B2B research and client handling.
• Establish standardized B2B feasibility routines, sampling strategies, and pricing guardrails.
