Appinio is seeking a Senior Research Consultant to lead quantitative B2B research projects end-to-end. You will design studies, oversee fieldwork, and translate findings into actionable, executive-ready recommendations for fast-paced consultancy clients.

You will collaborate with Sales on scoping, ensure rigorous B2B screening, and maintain high delivery quality. Fluency in German (C2) and English is required to succeed in a remote-first, international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quantitative market research focusing on B2B audiences.
• Experience designing studies, questionnaires, and executing quantitative projects.
• Ability to present complex data with executive-ready reports.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to guide decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in German (C2) and English.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End B2B Project Lead: manage projects from feasibility to data delivery.
• Methodology & Study Design: tailor studies for core B2B use cases.
• Senior Client Sparring & Advisory: advise on sample feasibility and survey approaches.
• Commercial & Scoping Collaboration: work with Sales on project feasibility and scope.
• Process & Quality Enhancement: improve B2B screening protocols and sampling.
