Job summary

Wellington Management, London-based, seeks a Senior Microsoft Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, and evolve the firm’s Microsoft cloud platform (Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365). You’ll own secure, scalable services, drive automation, and governance while collaborating with global teams across Infrastructure, Security, Identity, and Architecture.

The role emphasizes platform ownership and modernization, not routine operations, with hybrid work flexibility and close alignment with US

Qualifications

• Experience engineering and operating enterprise Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365).
• Experience modernizing enterprise Active Directory as part of hybrid identity.
• Strong automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and modern cloud practices.
• Ability to own complex technical initiatives from design through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve Wellington's Microsoft cloud platform across Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Design, implement, and own secure, scalable, and resilient platform capabilities.
• Develop automation and governance for cloud services.
• Lead complex technical investigations and drive platform modernization.
• Collaborate across Infrastructure, Security, Identity, and Architecture teams.
