Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a senior AWS engineer to design, build and operate cloud-native solutions for clients in the UK. You will apply your AWS expertise, Kubernetes and IaC skills to deliver scalable infrastructure and robust applications.

You\'ll lead end-to-end delivery, mentor teammates and align with Agile/SCRUM practices while navigating security clearances and Capgemini\'s commitment to inclusion and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and managing containerised applications at scale.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code knowledge (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Development experience in Java, Go, or Python.
• DevOps mindset with CI/CD, GitOps, and Agile/SCRUM.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• AWS certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement cloud-native solutions for clients using AWS and related tech.
• Lead end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and coach team members to build skills and capabilities.
