Job summary

Artex Capital Solutions, part of Artex Risk Solutions, is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Transaction Operations to lead onboarding and day-to-day operational aspects of a large reinsurance portfolio based in London and Lloyd’s market. You will manage contracts, collateral, reporting, and project delivery with cross-functional teams.

You’ll coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, accurate processing, governance, and compliance, while developing

Qualifications

• University degree or professional designation in re/insurance preferred.
• CPCU, ARe, ACII or equivalent preferred; STEP designation considered.
• Experience with Lloyd’s market capital administration advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and day-to-day operations for a large, sophisticated reinsurance portfolio.
• Draft, review and record reinsurance and trust agreements; manage collateral and Funds at Lloyd’s.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal flow and timely reporting.
• Develop and refresh underwriting guidelines, processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
