Job summary

Artex is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Transaction Operations to lead onboarding and ongoing operations for a major reinsurance portfolio. The role reports to the VP of Transaction Operations and involves governance of contracts, trust accounts and investor reporting.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, drive process improvements and support transformation projects under senior leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree required; professional designations preferred (CPCU/ARe/ACII).
• STEP designation would be considered.
• Experience in Lloyd’s market capital administration is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and oversee day-to-day operations for a large reinsurance portfolio.
• Draft, review and record on reinsurance, trust and shareholder agreements.
• Coordinate with brokers, investors and internal teams to ensure smooth deal flow.
