Job summary

Citi Global Markets is seeking a Senior Controls Testing professional to join the 1LOD Markets Controls Testing team. You will plan, execute and report control testing across Markets Trading and Sales, partner with Front Office, Risk and Compliance, and drive remediation actions.

The role requires strong knowledge of control design and testing, experience in audits or assurance, and the ability to challenge stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office controls testing, internal/external audits, or similar reviews.
• Knowledge of Markets Sales and Trading activities, risks and related controls.
• Strong understanding of control design assessment and testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Executing controls design and operating effectiveness testing to agreed timelines and escalate blockers.
• Maintaining high standards and best practices for testing activities and docs.
• Providing challenge to stakeholders on design and effectiveness of controls.
• Supporting remediation activities identified through testing programme.
• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across Front Office, Markets Conduct Risk, Compliance and Operational Risk.
• Drafting impactful summary outputs from the testing programme.
