Lloyds Banking Group in London is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Global Markets Governance, Risk and Controls team. You will lead the 1st line risk framework, partnering with Front Office, Risk and Compliance to sustain a strong control culture.

The role requires deep knowledge of Global Markets, regulatory expectations and experience in audit remediation, risk events and RCSA processes. A proactive, collaborative leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in First Line Global Markets Risk and Controls.
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations affecting Global Markets, including Model Risk.
• Experience managing audit findings, regulatory actions, risk events and remediation programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the First Line of Defence SME for Private Side Business Risk and Systemic risks across Global Markets.
• Develop and maintain the Global Markets risk and control framework.
• Lead risk management activities including RCSAs, risk events, and governance actions.
• Monitor control effectiveness and drive remediation through root-cause analysis.
