Signature Aviation Limited is seeking an Assistant General Manager for the Luton FBO to lead all base operations, oversee Airside / Ramp, Security and Guest Experience, and ensure delivery of high-quality service in line with SOPs. The AGM will work closely with the General Manager and act as the GM in their absence, driving strategy delivery and staff performance.

The role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach to business development, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of operational teams at a busy site
• Ability to use data and market knowledge for decision making
• Good interpersonal skills and professional communication
• IT-literate with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational teams across the base (Airside / Ramp, Security, Guest Experience)
• Schedule, coordinate and assign duties; conduct team briefings and meetings
• Recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning
• Ensure base operations are conducted safely and in line with SOPs
• Collaborate with Finance and HR and support GM in developing new business and elevating guest service
