Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior AVEVA MES Engineer to design, implement and deploy a global MES using AVEVA Composable MES. You will work across manufacturing operations, OT systems and SAP integration to support pilots and multi-site rollouts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years delivering MES/MOM in manufacturing, with hands-on AVEVA MES, SAP integration and ISA-95 knowledge. The role emphasises driving OEE improvements, traceability and continuous improvement across sites.

• Design and implement integrations with SAP ECC, shop-floor equipment, PLCs, OPC-UA, Kepware.
• Support end-to-end delivery activities including FAT/SAT/UAT, cutover and hypercare.
• Improve OEE, downtime management, quality, traceability and production performance.

Your roleCapgemini is looking for a Senior AVEVA MES Engineer to help design, implement and deploy a global Manufacturing Execution System (MES) using AVEVA Composable MES. Working across manufacturing operations, OT systems and SAP integration, you will support pilot deployments and develop standardised MES templates for multi-site rollouts, driving improvements in productivity, traceability and operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and deploy AVEVA Composable MES solutions, including workflows, production models, asset hierarchies and reusable templates for global manufacturing sites.Design and implement integrations with SAP ECC, shop-floor equipment, PLCs, OPC-UA, Kepware and other operational technology systems.Support end-to-end delivery activities including requirements gathering, testing (FAT, SAT, UAT), cutover and hypercare, while enhancing OEE, downtime management, quality, traceability and production performance.Your profileWe are seeking an experienced MES professional with a strong background in AVEVA technologies and manufacturing operations.
