Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an on-site AV Technician to support events in Greater London. You will assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping and repairing equipment, and you will manage the setup, operation and breakdown of intermediate AV gear with precision and timeliness.

The role requires 2–3+ years of AV and customer service experience, a high school diploma or GCSE equivalent, and strict adherence to health and safety policies on site.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2–3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• High school diploma or GCSE equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping and repairing equipment.
• Set up, operate and breakdown intermediate AV equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly on site.
• Follow health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
• Report health and safety issues to the on-site manager.
• Work with clients to ensure equipment meets their needs.
