Job summary

Encore is seeking an Audio-Visual Technician in London to assist with cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping, and repairing gear before events. You will setup, operate, and breakdown intermediate AV equipment on schedule, while quickly troubleshooting issues that arise.

Role requires 2-3+ years in customer service or hospitality and at least 2-3+ years of AV experience; adherence to safety and PPE are required, with duties including onsite reporting and client interaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping and repairing equipment prior to an event.
• Responsible for accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audio-visual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly as they arise.
• Complies with all Company security and safety measures.
• Ensures equipment is secure from theft and/or damage when in use.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
• Report health and safety issues to the HSE Manager or appropriate Manager onsite.
