Job summary

proAV in Egham is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead high‑level estimating, pre‑sales and project support for domestic and international AV projects. You will represent proAV, coordinate with Business Managers and Delivery Teams, and drive service quality across the full project lifecycle.

You will contribute to tender development, design reviews, commissioning and O&M documentation, ensuring accuracy and on‑time delivery while building strong client relationships and maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in technical tendering and pre-sales.
• Proven ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.
• Experience coordinating across design, production, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical tender docs and RFP responses.
• Coordinate design reviews, procurement packs and change management.
• Oversee pre-construction, rack build, IT/UC integration and commissioning.
• Support handover and O&M documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
