Job summary

proAV is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AV and construction projects across our global client base. You will work with sales, operations and engineering to define scope, manage budgets and ensure profitable, on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of AV systems, and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders while upholding safety and quality standards. 40 hours/week, UK-based operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AV/indirect construction projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication with clients, contractors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of H&S standards and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on multiple projects within budget and client satisfaction.
• Ensure profitable execution by following standards and SOPs.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients and contractors.
• Maintain H&S files and implement safe work methods.
• Understand and manage project contracts and requirements.
• Ensure technical/drawing information is available for teams.
• Manage system setup and concept proof.
• Handle invoicing, variations and financial risk on projects.
• Interface AV systems with client buildings (hardware/software).
• Represent the company professionally at a senior level.
• Develop expertise in key project areas for the team to reference.
• Produce project documentation through lifecycle (programme, reporting, CRM).
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and minimize delays.
• Attend pretender interviews, support sales and estimating.
