Job summary

proAV Ltd, a leading global AV integrator, seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Egham team to take full responsibility for client orders within budget, coordinating design, commissioning and after-sales activities across multiple AV projects.

You will liaise with internal departments, clients and contractors, ensure H&S and safe systems of work, and drive project design improvements. This senior role reflects experience with a generous remuneration and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong electronics and AV systems knowledge.
• Excellent planning and scheduling abilities.
• Understanding of contracts and commercial processes.
• Ability to plan and organise projects and schedules.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects within budget and to client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients and contractors.
• Ensure H&S files and safe work systems are in place.
• Design systems including electronics, mechanics, and optics to meet client needs.
• Understand and manage contractual requirements of projects.
• Ensure technical and drawing information is accurate for field teams.
• Oversee on-site commissioning and configuration of systems.
• Manage invoicing and variations to protect company financials.
• Interface AV systems with client buildings, hardware and software.
• Represent the company professionally at senior levels.
