Job summary

proAV are a leading global AV integrator seeking an experienced Technical Estimation Manager to lead regional estimating and act as a technical account partner for a key client. You will bridge Sales, Estimating, Design and Project Management to deliver accurate quotations and high-quality AV solutions.

You will develop bespoke AV concepts, ensure timely handovers, and maintain strong supplier and client relationships while guiding a Midlands team and contributing to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, quotations and commercial awareness.
• Technical ownership for client accounts and AV project delivery.
• Experience with SAP and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, commercial quotations with consideration of equipment, labour and delivery requirements.
• Maintain regional estimating log and communicate workload and priorities.
• Support regional sales with commercially and technically appropriate AV solutions.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships for pricing and technical support.
• Review designs and documentation with post-sales design teams to align with the original intent.
• Attend bi-weekly progress meetings and manage client project pipeline.
