Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in AV, construction or technical delivery.
• Strong knowledge of AV technologies and systems integration processes.
• Proactive planning and strong attention to detail under multi-project workloads.
• Ability to read and negotiate contracts, budgets and schedules.
• Excellent numeracy and ability to work with complex data.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with construction management and working with contractors.
• Ability to read CAD drawings and documentation.
• Proficient IT skills: Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
• Awareness of health and safety policies and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Own project requirements and objectives end to end: financial, technical, programme, production coordination.
• Manage commercial and contractual obligations of multiple projects, including schedules and budgets.
• Handle change control and variations with client approvals.
• Maintain project documentation: workbook, programme, RFIs, notices and variations.
• Provide progress updates through logs, reports and client communications.
• Define responsibilities using RACI matrices between internal and client teams.
• Manage RAID risks and actions with internal and client teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Admin, Sales, Procurement for resources and costs.
• Prepare for site mobilisation with H&S/RAMS and install packs.
• Assist commissioning schedules and client sign-offs.
• Oversee site managers and installers and ensure timely close-out of documentation and contracts.
• Coordinate handover to CT Service team and capture lessons learned.
